Online orders will be processed sent within 7 days of receiving full payment. Please let us know if you have an urgent order however and we will do our best to get it to you within your time frame.

Various contractors will be used depending on your location to ensure the most prompt and cost effective service. 

While all packages shipped within Australia have tracking, we do not accept responsibility for late, lost or damaged packages. We will help you try to resolve any issues you may experience though.


If you decide that you would like a different product after your order has arrived, we are happy to exchange your purchase. As long as the product has not been opened or damaged and we receive it back within 7 days of you receiving it, we will send out your replacement product straight away. Additional postage will apply.

We have exceptionally high quality control measures in place, but sometimes things happens beyond our control. If you receive a defective product, please let us know immediately so we can rectify it for you as soon as possible.
